Where a track day is cancelled in its entirety for such reasons, QR will endeavour to offer either a a place on an alternative date for the activity subject to availability up to the face value of the existing booking or, b a full refund.
If QR cancels an activity for reasons other than events beyond its control, a full refund will be offered. For accounting purposes any applications for refunds must be received within 28 days from the date of the cancelled track day.
